Do you have a great idea for mobile Apps? Interested in sharing your ideas with community? How we could use these mobile apps for teaching and learning purpose?

We expect competition entries to be working apps that can actually be used by the learner. This means the app should bugs free and nice interface design. The organizing committee would look at modest idea excellently implemented than a poorly executed 'proof of concept' app.

Top apps may be considered for enhancement and adoption by the campus, and their developers may be invited to join an app development team at eLearning.

How to Win:

All submitted applications will be reviewed by the IMU E Learning mobile apps committee, the best five (5) apps moving on to the final round of judging (see judging criteria below). All selected apps need to demonstrate their apps during IMU learning resources festival. The selected applications will have their application judged by a panel of judges who will then determine the top three applications and which apps will receive the prizes.

Criteria

Sustainability: What platforms will the app be built for (iOS, Android, etc)?

Implementation: Has it been debugged? Is it well documented? Does it have a finished look and feel?

Impact: Does your app impact teaching and learning? Does it meet students' need, improve current processes or resources?

Accessibility: How accessible is it? Is it optimized for mobile use?

Ease of Use: Apps addresses different accessibility needs of users. Is the application easy to use for wide range of scenarios?

Innovation: How innovative is the app? Will user find the idea novel or interesting?
